Ethical investing that supports Australians with disabilities.

WHY INVEST IN SDA

The federal government has taken action on the heart-wrenching social and healthcare problem. In a bid to attract private investment into the disability accommodation market, the federal government has created a program known as Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) that provides the opportunity for significant upside for residential property investors. Readers of the AFR may have encountered a recent article on the scheme and its attractiveness to a variety of healthcare and infrastructure funds.

Investors will be directly funding much needed housing for some of the 28,000 Australians needing specialist property now. It’s this combination of ethical investing and the Government-backed National Disability Insurance Scheme that makes Special Disability Accommodation a great option.

OUR MISSION

Investing in a $650,000 house meeting the design criteria set out in the scheme rules and accommodating two qualifying SDA residents with “High Physical Support” needs and with onsite carers. Can achieve a gross rental yield between 16-18% depending on its location.
